Alyce is a compassionate mentor who is devoted to helping OTs grow. Not only did we work on professional development but also personal goals, which facilitated my progression of being a better OT holistically. Alyce always goes out of her way to provide the extra support I need and provides constructive feedback on my clinical and career development. Alyce is a great supervisor who can help you realise and reach your true potential and I cannot recommend her enough.
